On October 7, 2011, Yksi Expo and Yksi Winkel (shop) opened their new location on the ground flour of the Apparatenfabiek at Strijp-S in Eindhoven. Yksi Winkel hosts a complete collection of Dutch Design. Yksi Expo will host several exhibitions in which design and related disciplines like architecture, art and technology are shown to the general public.
Besides Yksi Expo and Yksi Winkel, in the former Philips factory are also settled: Restaurant Caffee Allee, 5MinutenMuseum, Capital D and the Discover Factory.
